Leena An is CCI¡¯s Student News reporter. Leena left China at the age of 3 and moved to Australia. Leena became a student at Carleton University in 2010 majoring in Communication Studies. Music and teaching is her passion, as she is currently helping to develop Ottawa¡¯s first Oriental Instrumental Band. Leena is currently teaching the Gu Zheng, a harp-like instrument that dates up to 3,000 years of history.
Each month, we will feature informative interviews and stories on the Schools and Universities in Ottawa. Student life, recreation and education. CCI will document the experiences of students in Ottawa to display the wonderful educational environment in Ottawa. |
